WITH less than two weeks remaining before the winner of the US$200, 000 is announced from the Big Brother Africa Revolution, Angola's Emma has been ranked the most nominated house-mate.
After surviving evictions five times, including last week when she beat her fellow nominee Geraldine of Nigeria, Emma is up again this week for the record six times.
She has stayed in the house for 79 days to earn the name “lady with nine lives” but will she survive the battle of heavyweights over Zimbabwe's Itai and Kevin of Nigeria?
In week two of the continental reality TV series, Emma along with all the 12 female house-mates was up for eviction and she survived by Angola's Edna and Zambia's Maggie being evicted.
Emma's first real taste of possible Eviction was during the comrade-in-arms when she was paired in nomination with Edward. She survived that as South Africa's Liz and Kaone of Botswana were voted out.
Next, during Nkenna's reign as head of house, she put Emma in the firing range.
Again Emma survived, but lost her love interest Jeremy of Kenya who was evicted that week.
The following week Emma’s name came up on the nomination list again, pitched against controversial Mzamo of Malawi, and Nkenna. Eddie was Head of House that week and he saved Mzamo, replacing her with Elizabeth.
Emma survived that week again when Elizabeth was the one voted to hit the road.
Last week Emma topped the nomination list against Geraldine. Geraldine was voted out and Emma stayed.
This week, Emma is on the eviction list again for the final nominations against Itai and Kevin.
The three house-mates are in all fairness, the most preferred contestants for the grand prize.
One BBA fan posted a comment on the Mnet series website saying its like drawing Ivory Coast, Cameroon and Egypt in the same group at the Africa Cup.
